- The creation of the organization to achieve the objectives of the project - as part of this stage will be set up and established organizational structure,

which will be headed by the coordinator ( four working meetings of the management team ) .


- Develop a detailed schedule of the tasks - at this stage will be developed schedule specific tasks in a project . Will be determined milestones for determining the key actions necessary for proper implementation of the project .
- Implementation of the project - this phase involves the implementation of project management procedures and the current project.
-Monitoring and evaluation of the project - at this stage will be conducted ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of all the activities and results of the project .
- Conduct reporting and project accounting .
The implementation of this measure will be attended by all partners . The progress and implementation of the action will suit applicant .
